Candidate should have strong DB2 z/OS DBA skills, including database schema management, very strong performance and tuning,
backup and recovery, business continuity planning, very strong logical and physical database design skills.

Candidate should be familiar with IBM and BMC utilities, Experience with Computer Associates performance tools (e.g., Detector) preferred.
IBM Data Studio expertise preferred. Candidate will be expected to perform periodic 24x7 on-call support.
