· Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following Java interface technologies: Java Server Pages (JSP), JSTL, Swing, HTML, Java Script, AJAX

· Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following Java Open Source frameworks: JUnit, Ant, Struts, Hibernate, Spring

· Experience with Java IDE’s (Eclipse, Intelli J) Or .net

· Demonstrates ability to design complex applications using Object Oriented Design techniques.

· Understands and can employ design patterns.

· Has superior knowledge of C# and the .NET core libraries.

· Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following .NET server side technologies: Web Services, ADO.NET, SQL

· Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following .NET user interface technologies: ASP.NET, Windows Forms, Eventing, HTML, Java Script, AJAX, MS Office Integration, 3rd Party Widget Libraries

· Has an understanding and experience in one or more of the following Open Source tools: NUnit & Nant

Skills:

· BS EE or CS degree;8 + years related experience or Masters and 6 + years related experience

· Java (at least 6 years)

· Perl and regular expressions ( 2 years)

· SQL (MySQL specifically 2 years)

· Unix/Linux environment (2 years)

· Maven - general usage - XML - HTML

· Java Script - PHP (1 year)
