Eight plus years of experience building high performing, scalable web-based applications using .Net/C#

Strong experience using OOP and design patterns

Good experience using Web Technologies: MVC/JavaScript/CSS

Strong Experience with SOA and building WCF and rest based services

Experience with database development : SQL Server

Nice to have experience with JQuery/ExtJS

Nice to have Experience working in a team-based agile environment (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban)

An inherent drive to solve problems, collaborate with others and mentor team members

A passion and demonstrated ability for writing great software

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

A demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and drive release-level objective and challenges
